Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on engineering and liaison role between design and production
- Address production-related non-conformances and drive root cause analysis
- Update designs and processes in response to manufacturing issues
- Participate in design reviews focusing on manufacturability and quality control
- Prepare product and process reports by analyzing information and trends
- Create necessary engineering documentation for transitioning from development to production
- Drive lean projects to enhance manufacturing processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, chemical, aeronautical, or systems engineering
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in design, development, or manufacturing
- Preferred: 3+ years in a manufacturing environment with recognized quality systems
- Experience with automotive, aerospace, or marine harnessing
- Familiarity with NX/Unigraphics software and ASME Y14.5 standards
- Six Sigma Belt and programming experience in Python, SQL, and web languages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
