Responsibilities
- Own and manage PCBA processes and products for in-house production.
- Drive volume production processes for PCBA, including execution and management of nonconforming products.
- Manage new product introductions of PCBA assemblies, collaborating with design engineers.
- Develop and maintain work instructions and process documentation.
- Monitor schedules, work-in-progress levels, and defect rates of products.
- Identify trends for optimizing product output and quality.
- Implement corrective actions and process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, industrial, electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing processes, SMT, or PCB design.
- High volume production experience preferred.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and IPC manufacturing standards.
- Experience with SQL and Python, as well as Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Physical ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs. and willingness to work extended hours.
