Responsibilities
- Own and manage PCBA processes and products for in-house production.
- Drive processes for volume production of PCBA including execution, nonconforming product management, and process control.
- Manage new product introduction of PCBA assemblies, collaborating with design engineers.
- Manage work instructions, process documentation, and training.
- Track schedule, work-in-progress levels, and defect rates of owned products.
- Identify trends and opportunities for optimizing product output and quality.
- Drive corrective actions and process improvements on owned processes and products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, industrial, electrical, or other engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of professional experience in manufacturing process, SMT, accelerated testing, or PCB design.
- High volume production experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SMT processing and related PCBA processes.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and IPC manufacturing standards.
- Experience with SQL and Python is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
