Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify inventory health risks and critical parts.
- Collaborate with production and engineering leadership on scheduling and milestones.
- Define strategic goals and lead initiatives to meet stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure alignment across sourcing and supply chain engineering teams on cost, quality, and delivery.
- Develop reporting procedures and track established KPIs.
- Drive team performance to meet all deliverables and expectations.
- Build and manage a high-performing supply chain team through development and hiring.
Job Requirements
- Advanced degree with 4+ years or bachelor’s with 6+ years in relevant fields.
- 1+ years of experience leading a team.
- Strong technical understanding of MRP systems.
- Experience with BOM management and sourcing machined components.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with SQL and Power BI.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
