Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify inventory health risks and critical parts.
- Collaborate with production and engineering to align on scheduling and milestones.
- Define strategic goals and lead initiatives to meet stakeholder expectations.
- Manage sourcing and supply chain engineering teams for cost, quality, and delivery.
- Ensure end-to-end delivery execution from suppliers to production areas.
- Develop reporting procedures and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and manage a team of supply chain professionals through development and hiring.
Job Requirements
- Advanced degree with 4+ years or bachelor's with 6+ years in engineering, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- 1+ years of experience leading a team.
- Strong technical understanding of MRP systems and BOM management.
- Experience in sourcing and managing medium-complexity machined components.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with SQL and Power BI.
