Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify inventory risks and critical parts.
- Collaborate with production and engineering to align on scheduling and milestones.
- Define strategic goals and lead initiatives to meet production expectations.
- Ensure alignment on cost, quality, and delivery with sourcing and supply chain teams.
- Manage end-to-end delivery execution from suppliers to production areas.
- Drive the team to meet deliverables and develop reporting systems.
- Build and manage a team of supply chain professionals, ensuring alignment with program priorities.
Job Requirements
- Advanced degree with 4+ years or bachelor's degree with 6+ years in engineering or supply chain.
- 1+ years of experience leading a team.
- Preferred 5+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain management.
- Strong technical understanding of MRP systems and BOM management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel and experience with SQL and Power BI.
