Responsibilities
- Define, develop, implement, and optimize maintenance strategies for critical production equipment.
- Own complex equipment improvement projects to maximize availability and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Lead maintenance technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technically complex equipment failures.
- Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures through root cause analysis and other methodologies.
- Support hands-on repairs of mechanical, electrical, fluid, pneumatic, and control system failures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance design for maintainability.
- Identify and optimize machine spare parts lists and conduct parts criticality analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics.
- 6+ months of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years of troubleshooting technical problems in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with MRP, ERP, and CMMS systems.
- Experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles.
- Capability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
