Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and coordinate with engineers and contractors for MEP systems.
- Provide technical support to ensure compliance with standards and codes.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, and facility systems.
- Manage design and documentation for aerospace and industrial projects.
- Resolve design and construction conflicts in real-time.
- Coordinate capital expenditure processes and ensure project specifications are met.
- Respond to facility emergencies and maintain readiness procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- 3+ years of experience with MEP systems design or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or engineering design software.
- Experience managing large construction projects in aerospace or industrial settings.
- Knowledge of HVAC operation and design principles.
- Familiarity with National Electric Code and other relevant standards.
- Ability to work in high-stress environments and extended hours when necessary.
