Responsibilities
- Lead internal project teams, consulting engineers, and contractors in MEP engineering processes.
- Ensure compliance with standards, codes, and specifications during construction and maintenance.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance for HVAC, electrical systems, and facility systems.
- Manage the design and documentation for aerospace or industrial projects.
- Resolve design and construction conflicts in real-time.
- Oversee capital expenditure processes and ensure project specifications and budgets are met.
- Communicate maintenance activities and schedules to relevant personnel and contractors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of experience with MEP building systems design or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering design software.
- Experience managing large commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC design principles and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, including power distribution and critical power infrastructure.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
