Responsibilities
- Lead internal project teams and coordinate with engineers and contractors throughout the MEP process.
- Provide technical support to ensure compliance with standards and codes.
- Verify maintenance and coordinate repair efforts for various facility systems.
- Manage design and documentation for aerospace or industrial projects.
- Resolve design and construction conflicts in real time.
- Prepare and coordinate capital expenditure processes for site projects.
- Ensure reliability and maintainability of new installations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- 3+ years of experience with MEP building systems design or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or engineering design software.
- Direct field experience in aerospace or industrial construction projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC operation and design principles.
- Familiarity with electrical and power distribution systems.
- Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support for critical activities.
