Responsibilities
- Provide detailed electrical design and specification for various electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot existing electrical equipment, switchgear, and controllers.
- Ensure all electrical designs and installations conform to applicable codes and regulations.
- Coordinate electrical installations and maintenance activities with local utilities personnel.
- Conduct load flow analysis of electrical power distribution systems.
- Ensure compatibility of electrical systems with facility power budgets.
- Perform code review and analysis utilizing NFPA standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- 1+ years of experience with power distribution systems, switchgears, and/or generators.
- Ability to read and understand power and control schematics.
- Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs) and industrial pumps.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to pass an Air Force background check.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident or meet ITAR requirements.
