Responsibilities
- Provide detailed electrical design and specification for equipment and systems installation.
- Troubleshoot existing electrical equipment, switchgear, and controllers.
- Conduct load flow analysis of electrical power distribution systems.
- Ensure all electrical designs conform to applicable codes and regulations.
- Coordinate electrical installations and maintenance with local utilities personnel.
- Ensure compatibility of equipment with facility power budgets.
- Provide code review and analysis utilizing NFPA standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- 1+ years of experience with power distribution systems, switchgears, and generators.
- Ability to read and understand power and control schematics.
- Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs) and industrial pumps.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
- Must pass Air Force background check and work in extreme outdoor environments.
- U.S. citizenship or eligibility under ITAR regulations.
