Responsibilities
- Provide detailed electrical design and specifications for various electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot existing electrical equipment, switchgear, and controllers.
- Conduct load flow analysis of electrical power distribution systems.
- Ensure compatibility of electrical systems with facility power budgets.
- Coordinate electrical installations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all designs conform to applicable codes and regulations.
- Conduct code review and analysis utilizing NFPA standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- 1+ years of experience with power distribution systems, switchgears, or generators.
- Ability to read and understand power and control schematics.
- Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs) and industrial pumps.
- Previous experience working as an electrician.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-stress environment and pass Air Force background checks.
