Responsibilities
- Design and specify electrical power distribution systems and related equipment.
- Provide engineering support for troubleshooting existing electrical equipment.
- Conduct load flow analysis and evaluate electrical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations for electrical installations.
- Coordinate electrical installations with local utility personnel.
- Review and analyze electrical designs for compatibility with facility systems.
- Work collaboratively with other engineering disciplines on various projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical projects and power distribution systems.
- Preferred 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical manuals.
- Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs) and industrial pumps.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
