Responsibilities
- Design and specify electrical power distribution systems and related equipment.
- Provide electrical engineering support for troubleshooting existing electrical equipment.
- Conduct load flow analysis of electrical power distribution systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations for electrical designs.
- Coordinate electrical installations and maintenance with local utility personnel.
- Review and analyze electrical designs for compatibility with mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines in a team environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in electrical projects and power distribution systems.
- Ability to read and understand power and control schematics.
- Experience with UPS systems, generators, and electrical equipment evaluation.
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience and a Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform hands-on work in various environments.
