Responsibilities
- Design and build controls infrastructure for ground support equipment.
- Maintain operational capability of control voltage electrical systems.
- Develop and upgrade data acquisition and control systems.
- Create new automation systems for launch and test infrastructure.
- Provide technical support for controls technicians and engineering groups.
- Develop hardware and processes to improve capabilities and reduce costs.
- Analyze data to assess the function and health of electrical systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in physics, electrical engineering, or computer engineering.
- 6+ months of experience with data acquisition systems (internship/project experience accepted).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment with changing roles.
- Knowledge of high-reliability processes and documentation practices.
- Experience with programming and software development.
