Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain ground support control and instrumentation systems.
- Involved in builds, checkouts, and troubleshooting of ground support equipment.
- Manage data acquisition system hardware at launch sites.
- Design electrical schematics and build junction boxes for instrumentation.
- Perform preventive maintenance and address installation issues of electrical components.
- Write procedures for routine tasks and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide innovative solutions for special requirements and challenges.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience with instrumentation power systems and data acquisition.
- Proficiency in electronics test equipment like oscilloscopes and multimeters.
- Experience with low-power systems or direct current circuits.
- Ability to work in high-pressure, dynamic environments.
- Willingness to work weekends and night shifts, and travel as needed.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident due to ITAR requirements.
