Responsibilities
- Support all Linux computing needs for client endpoints and servers globally.
- Contribute to the support, design, and improvement of data center and end-user Linux computing platforms.
- Actively participate in engineering efforts to streamline user experiences and efficiency.
- Leverage systems tools to identify and mitigate anomalies.
- Analyze application and systems data to improve sub-optimal behaviors.
- Engineer and use automation tools to supervise the health of production systems.
- Collaborate with peers and the Information Security team on various initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Linux environments.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication.
- Proficient with modern systems OS platforms (Linux, Windows).
- Proficient with code languages and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python).
- Experience with VMware vSphere clusters, networking, and storage.
- Ability to lead medium complexity projects.
- Experience with TLS/SSL certificate management and DevOps workloads.
