Responsibilities
- Drive programs from product definition and technology development through delivery.
- Create hardware program schedules that align with product requirements and business needs.
- Communicate with hardware and software engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams.
- Plan milestones and support troubleshooting and contingency plans.
- Drive best practices and production processes in a fast-paced setting.
- Document and execute on product specifications and test plans.
- Develop business relationships with external partners, contractors, and vendors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of mechanical, electrical, or hardware project management experience.
- Expert in schedule creation and management for hardware products.
- Ability to design experiments for hardware build configurations.
- Skilled at risk identification and mitigation across hardware and software.
- Strong motivational leadership skills.
- Approximately 25% travel, including international.
