Responsibilities

  • Own and drive product quality across the entire lifecycle of Spectacles.
  • Establish and monitor quality assurance programs for manufacturing.
  • Implement a feedback loop for customer quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software quality.
  • Lead teams across multiple continents to ensure consistency in quality management.
  • Champion continuous improvement in manufacturing and quality systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and proactively identify risks.

Job Requirements

  • Proven expertise in hardware product quality management in consumer electronics.
  • Strong background in managing internal manufacturing and outsourced partners.
  • Deep understanding of global supply chains and product quality standards.
  • Expertise in customer-facing quality metrics with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Minimum of 10 years of post-Bachelor’s Engineering experience or equivalent.
  • Experience in a senior leadership role within a global, matrix-managed company.
