Responsibilities

  • Own and drive product quality across the entire lifecycle of Spectacles.
  • Establish and monitor quality assurance programs for internal and outsourced manufacturing.
  • Implement a feedback loop to capture and analyze customer quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.
  • Lead and coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency in quality management.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement across manufacturing and quality systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and proactively identify potential risks.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of post-Bachelor’s Engineering experience or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in a senior leadership role within a global, matrix-managed company.
  • Proven expertise in hardware product quality management in consumer electronics.
  • Strong background in managing internal manufacturing and working with outsourced partners.
  • Deep understanding of global supply chains and product quality standards.
  • Customer-centric approach to product quality with expertise in quality metrics.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams across multiple regions in a fast-paced environment.
