Responsibilities
- Own the business strategy for the DFR offering, aligning with financial and market growth goals.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand DFR use cases and pain points.
- Leverage technical knowledge to deliver high-value products and features.
- Define the end-to-end customer experience for DFR operations.
- Collaborate with Platform PMs to prioritize the DFR roadmap and product requirements.
- Partner with Integrations PM to enhance the integrations platform for Public Safety customers.
- Lead cross-functional teams to address market issues and ensure platform reliability.
