Responsibilities
- Lead the development of cutting-edge vehicle platforms from concept to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new product development.
- Hire and develop a high-performing team of engineers.
- Set a clear vision and operational execution plan for the Electrical Engineering organization.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive the evolution of the electrical engineering team.
- Establish best practices in electrical design and PCB layout.
- Communicate program status and technical risks to executive leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing and manufacturing complex board designs.
- Proven leadership experience in building and motivating technical teams.
- Deep expertise in system architecture, embedded systems, and PCB design.
- Strong understanding of RF systems and communication protocols.
- Demonstrated experience in driving products from prototype to high-volume production.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and managing complex programs.
