Responsibilities
- Leverage product insight and robotics expertise to bring autonomy technology to market.
- Collaborate with product management, embedded, mobile, cloud, hardware, and flight test teams.
- Hire and mentor elite engineers to grow the team.
- Uphold and improve engineering standards based on best practices.
- Manage execution of the product and technology roadmap.
- Drive infrastructure investments for successful project outcomes.
- Communicate effectively across teams to achieve complex goals.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on technical leader with strong software engineering experience.
- Deep understanding of robotics, computer vision, and software systems.
- Proven leadership, management, and team-building skills.
- Solid fundamentals in 3D geometry, mathematics, and linear algebra.
- Experience with hardware is a plus but not required.
- Passion for building flying robots and innovative technology.
- Excellent communication skills.
