Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- PhD or equivalent in materials science, chemistry, physics, or related field.
- 10+ years of industry experience.
- 7+ years managing technical cross-disciplinary teams.
- Proven track record of moving concepts to product scale-up.
- Ability to quickly build relationships across various fields.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Willingness to be physically present in the company’s offices.
