Responsibilities
- Develop and shape the company's scaling strategy from an engineering and project management perspective.
- Direct all phases of large capital projects including planning and execution.
- Build and improve key project programs such as resource utilization and budget control.
- Lead project performance and project controls for schedule and budget.
- Ensure project alignment across various teams including engineering and manufacturing.
- Own internal and external communications regarding project progress and performance.
- Manage relationships with contractors and resolve issues related to contracts and budgets.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive, senior leadership experience in engineering and project management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as engineering or construction management.
- Skilled in project planning, risk management, and project execution.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to build sites.
- Knowledgeable in PMP/PMI (certification is a nice-to-have).
- Experience with PSM-covered processes preferred.
