Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new lighting products.
- Conduct mechanical and electrical testing for product reliability.
- Validate electrical components for compliance with industry standards.
- Integrate multiple components into a cohesive product design.
- Manage the laboratory testing environment to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Support all technical aspects of the product portfolio.
- Work onsite in Aurora, CO, from February 2 to May 22, 2026.
Job Requirements
- Current student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical or related discipline.
- Technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience with electrical testing equipment (thermocouples, multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Familiarity with wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
