Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, documentation, and management of technical and functional requirements for large-scale renewable energy projects.
- Engage directly with clients during the pre-sales phase, analyzing customer needs and shaping technical solutions and proposals.
- Translate requirements into actionable system designs and specifications for energy systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Prepare estimates and coordinate with vendors and contractors for project alignment.
- Champion requirement traceability throughout project execution.
- Support testing, commissioning, and performance verification phases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Strong experience with renewable energy project development.
- Deep understanding of power systems and energy storage technologies.
- Familiarity with renewable energy financial drivers.
- Skilled with simulation and design tools (e.g., HelioScope, MATLAB).
- Excellent communication skills.
