Responsibilities
- Understand components and operation methods of HVAC systems.
- Identify faults and suggest control changes for efficiency improvements.
- Compile customer-facing reports with action items for operational improvements.
- Estimate energy and operational cost savings from identified faults.
- Analyze building management systems and mechanical design documents.
- Develop project structure and equipment relationships.
- Lead customer report presentations and collaborate with software development teams.
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and building controls.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
- Level II or Level III certification in energy management or HVAC systems.
- 4 - 8+ years (Level II) or 8+ years (Level III) of relevant experience.
- Effective communication skills with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to travel up to 5%.
