Responsibilities
- Implement process improvement solutions, including hardware installations.
- Analyze and optimize logistics processes.
- Manage improvement projects, including capital expenditures and design development.
- Design and implement efficient logistics solutions using simulation models.
- Apply Lean manufacturing improvements and support production training.
- Coordinate and communicate technical information across the organization.
- Conduct root cause analysis and take corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimally 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in simulating manufacturing and logistics systems.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
