Responsibilities
- Support process development, improvements, and validations during production.
- Investigate problems and conduct root cause analysis.
- Implement process improvement solutions, including hardware installations.
- Analyze and optimize logistics processes.
- Manage improvement projects, including capital expenditures and design development.
- Apply Lean manufacturing improvements and support production training.
- Communicate technical information across various organizational levels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in simulating manufacturing and logistics systems.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques and logistics software.
