Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing mentorship and support for professional development.
- Oversee the design and development of controls and automation systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Requirements
- MSc. degree in controls, automation, robotics, electrical, or computer science required; PhD preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in product development, with at least 10 in medical device development.
- Hands-on experience in the design and development of robotic systems required.
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, and programming languages relevant to controls and automation.
- Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and quality assurance processes required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills necessary for addressing complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication and leadership skills required.
