Responsibilities
- Build a Facility Design Readiness packet for XBAT.
- Consolidate inputs across Manufacturing, Test, EHS, Quality, and Supply Chain.
- Map material flow and draft layout options.
- Create a lightweight capacity model tied to headcount and shift scenarios.
- Develop a risk & long-lead tracker and a readiness dashboard.
- Present findings and deliverables to engineering and leadership audiences.
- Improve pre-gate decision quality and reduce iteration cycles.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of facility planning fundamentals and material flow mapping.
- Proficiency in capacity modeling using spreadsheets.
- Understanding of risk management basics.
