Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of projects/jobs/orders.
- Determine and coordinate necessary project resources.
- Make decisions on projects and function as a liaison between the field and clients.
- Support job/sales order quotes and bid packages.
- Review contracts and equipment specifications.
- Identify, create, and negotiate change orders.
- Maintain progress tracking logs and manage equipment releases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechanical or industrial.
- Knowledge or experience with rotating equipment or industrial repair is desired.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Microsoft Projects.
- Excellent reasoning skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical apparatus drawings.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
