Responsibilities
- Lead and execute power system studies including load flow and short-circuit analysis.
- Develop electrical models using software such as ETAP and SKM PowerTools.
- Review and approve study reports and technical recommendations.
- Serve as the technical lead on assigned projects, ensuring alignment of scope, schedule, and budget.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, providing recommendations for system improvements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety practices.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 10-15 years of experience in electrical power system studies.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Expert knowledge of power system analysis software.
- Strong understanding of electrical system design and protection schemes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers.
