Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a global team to design, build, and test new products from conception to mass production.
- Propose circuit topologies to meet design requirements.
- Design and build prototypes for testing and validation of new concepts.
- Research new technologies and stay updated on advancements.
- Participate in peer design reviews and critically evaluate new product concepts.
- Generate test protocols and reports, communicate testing status, and automate test procedures as needed.
- Analyze EBOMs and CBOMs to control costs and drive cost reduction.
Job Requirements
- Experience in analog and digital embedded design, including hardware and firmware.
- Proficiency in schematic capture, PCB layout, C, and ASM programming.
- Familiarity with product development aspects like BOM cost tracking and DFMEA.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with test protocols and reporting.
- Knowledge of cost control and reduction strategies in product design.
