Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for the Advanced Development team.
- Oversee product development projects and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Lead the exploration and development of new product concepts.
- Manage and mentor a team of senior engineers and designers.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and manufacturing teams.
- Take ownership of the product development lifecycle from ideation to validation.
- Ensure designs meet high technical and functional standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and/or Creo CAD packages.
- Strong hands-on experience in building prototypes and testing designs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects in a global organization.
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
