Responsibilities
- Design and develop new products and improvements in R&D.
- Develop specifications, drawings, work instructions, reports, and other related documentation.
- Provide testing and documentation to support manufacturing with existing products and new product introduction.
- Collaborate with team members and work as a self-starter.
- Communicate effectively with strong oral and written skills.
- Manage projects and be flexible in job duties.
- Take on added responsibilities as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
- 5-10 years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks and hands-on mechanical aptitude.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Willingness to be flexible in job duties.
