Responsibilities
- Provide support and direction for systems and assemblies from development through production.
- Document and support suppliers, assemblers, and final test technicians.
- Train assemblers and technicians in new processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Participate in workflow and equipment placement planning with the Operations team.
- Improve and maintain manufacturing processes for surgical and aesthetic medical laser products.
- Plan and schedule equipment maintenance and repair services.
Job Requirements
- Five years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer.
- BS in Mechanical, Optical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a medical environment with knowledge of FDA and ISO requirements.
- Knowledge of QSR documentation, ISO 9000, and Solid Works preferred.
- Experience with fixture/tooling design and BOM creation.
- Strong problem-solving ability and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of equipment purchasing, installation, maintenance, and repair.
