Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and leverage technical capabilities to identify solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team for customer strategies and technical support.
- Develop relationships with customer engineers and technical management.
- Provide project leadership for design, development, and manufacturing of backplane solutions.
- Support business development in creating customer program proposals.
- Oversee prototype and pre-production builds, managing build plans and supply chain.
- Work closely with NPI team for efficient execution of new product introductions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Program Management or Product Development.
- Experience in designing electro-mechanical solutions and knowledge of Solidworks.
- Understanding of the product development process from concept to volume manufacturing.
- Experience with backplane, chassis, and subsystems technologies.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with U.S. Government contracts and ITAR regulations.
