Responsibilities
- Support the Engineering team in the design and implementation of new manufacturing processes
- Assist with the development and maintenance of manufacturing process documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and quality
- Conduct data analysis and develop recommendations for process improvement
- Participate in cross-functional projects and provide support as needed
- Perform engineering change processes as necessary to support existing products
- Test prototypes and standard products and write reports to document the results
Job Requirements
- Currently in year 3 or 4 of a 4-year degree program in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work at least 40 hours a week continually
- Ability to follow oral and written guidelines
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
