Hardware Test Engineering Manager

The Hardware Test Engineering Manager oversees the planning, development, and implementation of testing procedures for devices, managing team activities and performance.

• Manage the planning and development of testing procedures.
• Oversee team staffing, training, and performance management.
• Specify tests, compile data, and recommend changes in testing processes.
• Follow hardware test processes for new product builds.
• Lead team improvement plans to enhance test yields and product quality.
• Engage in technical discussions with customers to secure new business.
• Explain test engineering capabilities and processes to customers.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in PCB Assembly and Component level testing.
• 5+ years of managerial or lead experience.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills.
• Ability to initiate and implement improvement plans.
• Experience in engaging with customers technically.
• Knowledge of test engineering processes and equipment.
