Responsibilities
- Complete assigned projects within the Optical Group.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, optical, process, data, and software engineers.
- Maintain customer focus and build trust with team members.
- Initiate and follow up on actions taken.
- Learn the basics of multiple disciplines and technologies.
- Engage in rapid mechanical prototyping and thermal design analysis.
- Participate in test automation and data analysis.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Optical, Process/Industrial, Computer/Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or related field.
- Junior/Senior or graduate level preferred, or exceptional Freshman/Sophomore with relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Eager to learn and quickly acquire new skills.
