Responsibilities
- Complete assigned projects within the Optical Group.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, optical, process, data, and software engineers.
- Build trust with team members and maintain customer focus.
- Initiate and follow up on actions taken during projects.
- Learn the basics of various disciplines and technologies, including thermal design and high-speed electrical design.
- Engage in rapid mechanical prototyping and optical laboratory testing.
- Contribute to test automation and data analysis efforts.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Optical, Process/Industrial, Computer/Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Preference for Junior/Senior or graduate level students, or exceptional Freshman/Sophomore candidates with relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management skills for handling multiple projects.
- Eager to learn and quickly adapt to new skills.
