Responsibilities
- Complete assigned projects related to optical transceiver development.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, optical, process, data, and software engineers.
- Maintain customer focus and build trust with team members.
- Initiate and follow up on actions taken during projects.
- Engage in rapid mechanical prototyping and thermal design.
- Participate in high-speed electrical design and optical laboratory testing.
- Assist with test automation and data analysis.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Optical, Process/Industrial, Computer/Software Engineering; Physics; Data Science; or related field.
- Junior/Senior or graduate level preferred, or exceptional Freshman/Sophomore with relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new skills.
