Responsibilities
- Design, simulation, and layout of Analog/RF Integrated Circuit blocks.
- Learn to use Cadence Virtuoso design suite for simulation and creating schematics, symbols, and layouts.
- Analyze power consumption, component stress, and worst-case performance.
- Measure design parameters of fabricated ICs.
- Participate in defining bench bring-up and test plans for validation and characterization.
- Provide engineering support to Production and Applications Engineering teams.
- Deliver technical presentations.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree Program.
- Interest in transistor-level, analog circuit design.
- Coursework in Analog IC design, RF and Microwave circuit design, Semiconductors, and Electromagnetism.
- Familiarity with common lab tools such as soldering iron, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.
- Ability to work a minimum of twenty hours per week.
- Flexibility to support from M-F 8AM - 6PM.
- Willingness to participate in student programs for tuition assistance and 401k plan.
