Responsibilities
- Strong Quality and Reliability background with experience in critical tools like Pareto Analysis and FMEA.
- Understand Reliability concepts such as Fault Tree Analysis and Maintenance types.
- Drive process optimization through performance data analysis.
- Analyze performance data to develop metrics for operations.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize system performance.
- Lead process improvements within the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Engineering Team.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. export control laws.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 2 years minimum experience in Manufacturing Operations.
- 3+ years of experience in equipment life cycle improvements.
- Reliability Certifications such as CMRP are a plus.
- Skilled in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Flexible and team-oriented.
- Ability to explain and demonstrate essential functions of the job.
