Responsibilities
- Lead safety initiatives and programs to achieve world-class safety performance.
- Oversee capital and capacity projects, including equipment design and selection for industrial electrical distribution.
- Drive improvements in equipment management using lean principles.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors on long-term projects for electrical infrastructure upgrades.
- Support operations and maintenance teams in monitoring and responding to alarms.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national codes and requirements.
- Develop and manage annual expense budgets for the department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred.
- At least 5 years of related experience in the field.
- Deep knowledge of ultrapure water and wastewater processes.
- Ability to improve methods and provide coaching to team members.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in safety compliance and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with external partners.
