Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for the operation and maintenance of facilities controls systems.
- Troubleshoot and modify program codes for control systems.
- Define, prepare, and execute the commissioning and startup processes of controls systems.
- Lead contractors in the development of scope of work and review control design packages.
- Identify, develop, and design control panels and upgrades for enhanced system functionality.
- Collaborate with operators, technicians, and process engineers to implement process improvements.
- Ensure facilities systems operate reliably 24/7.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience in design, construction, or commissioning of industrial control systems.
- Knowledge of software for Rockwell and Siemens control systems.
- Familiarity with industrial networks and communication protocols.
- Intermediate knowledge of IT networking and process instrumentation.
- Ability to conduct risk analysis and data-based decision management.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
