Responsibilities
- Apply manufacturability methodology to New Product Introduction and product life cycle.
- Serve as the technical lead contact with internal and external customers and support operations.
- Operate as a Product Owner for multiple products from development to end of life.
- Prepare and maintain Manufacturing, Production, and Repair plans for products.
- Comply with ISO 9001, AS9001, & EASA and FAA requirements.
- Develop technical expertise in electronics and mechanical components for quality-driven processes.
- Troubleshoot electronic boards/assemblies and electromechanical components that fail tests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in Aerospace applications.
- Experience in manufacturing electronic and mechanical components.
- CAD/CAM (Solidworks) experience.
- Knowledge of Lean and JIT concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and Minitab.
