Responsibilities
- Review project drawings/instructions to ascertain test specifications and procedures.
- Design/draft detail drawings using CAD software.
- Fabricate modified prototype components using electrical subcomponents.
- Provide technical support on projects under the guidance of the Engineering Manager.
- Assist with project assignments, resources, and administrative needs.
- Develop/test equipment and apply knowledge of electrical engineering technology.
- Setup and conduct tests under operational conditions, ensuring minimal delays in the production process.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two plus years in project management or support preferable.
- Intermediate knowledge and/or college work towards electrical and/or nuclear engineering technology a plus.
- Basic knowledge in CAD software preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented with good hands-on mechanical skills.
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
