Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, validate, and improve manufacturing processes and digital systems.
  • Maintain Production Technical Packages for all parts defining the manufacturing process.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental Standards and the Zero Harm program.
  • Promote a culture of zero defects and support Right First Time manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure technical aspects of manufacturing processes are understood.
  • Pursue self-development to enhance competencies for the role.
  • Utilize statistical tools to assess process performance and identify variations.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in Engineering with 4+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years, or Master's degree, or JD/PhD.
  • 6+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering may substitute for a degree.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
  • Preferred experience in manufacturing composites or aerospace components.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems (CAD, CAM, etc.) relevant to the business.
  • Understanding of process capability analysis and statistical tools for performance assessment.
  • Experience with tooling/fixture design and prototyping for manufacture.
