Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, validate, and improve manufacturing processes and digital systems.
- Maintain Production Technical Packages, including technical instructions and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental Standards.
- Promote a culture of zero defects and support Right First Time manufacturing.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure technical aspects of manufacturing processes are understood.
- Pursue self-development to meet required competencies for the role.
- Utilize statistical tools to assess process performance and identify variations.
Job Requirements
- Associate degree in Engineering with 4+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years, or Master's degree, or JD/PhD in a relevant field, or 6+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
- Preferred experience in manufacturing Composites or Aerospace Components.
- Familiarity with tooling/fixture design and manufacturing systems.
- Understanding of process capability analysis and key metrics.
- Proficiency in statistical tools for assessing process performance.
- Experience with Method Verification Approval process steps.
