Responsibilities
- Lead program planning and supplier execution for product lines.
- Integrate Program Management, Technical Operations, and Quality into a unified operating model.
- Maintain alignment among executives through reporting on readiness and risks.
- Drive capacity planning and manage supplier escalations regarding production and quality.
- Oversee technical reviews with suppliers to optimize processes and ensure product reliability.
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities and manage operational budgets.
- Mentor a global team of senior program managers to foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in operations, technical program management, or manufacturing leadership.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and supplier collaboration.
- Experience with DFx, automation, and packaging optimization.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally (15-20%).
- Proven track record of managing product launches and achieving operational excellence.
