Responsibilities
- Support mission proposals through flight operations.
- Conduct thermal simulations and hands-on work in the clean room.
- Install and operate hardware related to thermal control.
- Collaborate with team members and mentors in engineering tasks.
- Attend 1:1 meetings with mentors for progress updates.
- Participate in tech talks and networking events.
- Apply engineering concepts to solve real challenges.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in an engineering, physics, or math degree program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience.
- Ability to thrive in high-performing teams.
- Experience in thermal engineering is a plus.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Willingness to work full-time on-site for 12 consecutive weeks.
