Responsibilities
- Collaborate with mentors and department employees to apply engineering concepts.
- Solve real challenges in manufacturing processes.
- Attend regular 1:1 meetings with mentors for progress updates.
- Participate in tech talks and networking events with other interns and employees.
- Assist in the development and qualification of manufacturing processes.
- Work with advanced machinery across global manufacturing sites.
- Contribute to the production of rockets and satellites.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in engineering, physics, or math.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work in small teams.
- Strong collaborative skills to deliver results.
- Hands-on experience with welding, assembly, or machining is a plus.
- Familiarity with CAD tools is desirable.
